Material Grade Options

Flexseals 163 (Green)

• Maximum Operating Temperature: 140°C
• Maximum Pressure: 20 Bar

This standard-use grade is resistant to continuous temperatures up to 140°C and intermittent temperatures up to 210°C. It offers good resistance to oil, fuels, and many common chemicals, making it suitable for low-pressure applications that don’t require high-temperature resistance.

Flexseals 330 (White)

• Maximum Operating Temperature: 330°C
• Maximum Pressure: 90 Bar

This high-quality grade utilises premium minerals, aramid fibres, and an NBR binder, providing significantly higher temperature resistance and superior oil and fuel resistance. It is ideal for high-temperature, high-pressure applications.
