Black shotblast rubber gaskets are crafted from abrasion-resistant natural rubber, offering outstanding durability and wear resistance. These gaskets deliver high elasticity and excellent tensile strength, effectively sealing under low compression set. While they perform well with some aldehydes, wet or dry organic acids, and weak chemicals, they are not suitable for petroleum or lubricating oils.

Shotblast gaskets come with a smooth plate finish on both sides and are perfect for abrasive environments. For softer, more compressible materials, we also offer abrasion-resistant grades in red, white, and tan para gaskets.
